INTERDISCIPLINARY SUPPORT COMMITEE (I.S.C.)

Beginning of operation of the Interdisciplinary Support Committee (I.S.C.) during the 2023-24 school year.

The particularly important institution of I.S.C. (L.4823/2021), aims to ensure students' equal access to learning, the implementation of supportive measures for all students as well as the implementation of individual and group psychosocial interventions concerning students, parents and teachers. The first concern is the implementation of the fundamental principles of the International Convention on the Rights of the Child.

I.S.C. adheres to the basic principles of ethics, such as respect for the child, privacy and the protection of personal data. It is emphasized that in order to provide its services to the students, the agreement of their parents/guardians is important, who for this reason should sign a relevant  responsibility statement..

The staff of the I.S.C. consists of the school principal, the psychologist Maria Panagiotaki, the Social Worker Mrs Kalliopi Ploumaki and the special education teacher Garyfallia Kouzouloglou..

The Psychologist and the Social Worker are at the school every Tuesday 08:15-12:30 and they will cooperate with those who wish after telephone communication.
