Περιγραφή: Το ευρωπαϊκό πρόγραμμα etwinning με τίτλο “Preserving water and biodiversity in our rivers, seas and oceans” αποτελεί μία συνεργασία μεταξύ του γαλλικού σχολείου College Pierre Aguiton και του 13ου Γυμνασίου. Στόχος του προγράμματος είναι οι συμμετέχοντες μαθητές να ασχοληθούν με διάφορα περιβαλλοντικά ζητήματα, να καταλάβουν τη σπουδαιότητα του στοιχείου του νερού για την ανθρώπινη ζωή, να μελετήσουν τη βιοποικιλότητα, 
τη χλωρίδα και πανίδα των ποταμών, των θαλασσών και των ωκεανών. Επίσης, το θέμα της κλιματικής αλλαγής και τα προβλήματα που προκύπτουν από αυτή αποτελεί πεδίο έρευνας και μελέτης για το πρόγραμμα.
Ταυτόχρονα, μέσα από την ενασχόληση με τα περιβαλλοντικά ζητήματα, οι μαθητές επικοινωνούν στα αγγλικά και στα γαλλικά, ανταλλάζουν πληροφορίες για τον τόπο τους, τον πολιτισμό τους αλλά και το εκπαιδευτικό τους σύστημα.

In the context of the European E-twinning program entitled "Preserving water and biodiversity in our rivers, seas and oceans" which is implemented in collaboration with Collège Pierre Aguiton, 16 students of the 2nd High School together with the teachers Ioanna Smyrnakis and Eleftheria Pachiadaki carried out an educational visiting Normandy and Paris from 2 to 8 April 2024.
During the visit and at the invitation of the French school located in Brécey, Normandy, the Greek students toured the premises of the French school, attended a lesson with their French classmates and got to know the French education system firsthand. At the same time, they were able to experience the daily life of a teenager in France for a while, as they had the opportunity to stay in the school's dormitory, which is the largest and most modern dormitory in France. The Greek students communicated and interacted with their foreign classmates, ate together in the school restaurant, played table and football in the school yard, bowling in the recreation area and visited local attractions such as Mont Saint Michel and the town of Granville.
The educational visit continued with the students staying in Paris, where there was a scheduled appointment at the Louvre Museum and the Natural History Museum. A tour was made to the most important sights of the European capital such as the Arc de Triomphe, the Eiffel Tower, the Place de la Bastille, Notre-Dame de Paris, the Luxembourg gardens and the Montmartre area.
Ήταν μια εκπαιδευτική εμπειρία που θα μείνει αξέχαστη στους μαθητές του ελληνικού σχολείου και η οποία θα συνεχιστεί καθώς ανανεώθηκε το ραντεβού για τον ερχόμενο Οκτώβριο, όπου το σχολείο μας θα αποτελέσει σχολείο υποδοχής για το γαλλικό σχολείο και θα ανταποδώσει τη φιλοξενία του.
