With great joy and enthusiasm, students and teachers from our school took part in a group mobility program in Belgium from 12 to 17 of January 2026, as part of the European program Erasmus+ KA122 titled "We envision, we set high goals! We accept the world and evolve!" and code 2024-1-EL01-KA122-SCH-000239475.
Seven students participated in the exchange, accompanied by two teachers from the school, following an official invitation from the Belgian school. Sint Jozefschool, in the town of Mere. During the visit, the students were given a tour of the Belgian school, attended classes in the school environment, participated in joint activities with their peers, and familiarized themselves with modern teaching practices and innovative digital tools used in teaching.
Παράλληλα με το εκπαιδευτικό σκέλος, το πρόγραμμα περιλάμβανε πλούσιες πολιτιστικές και εκπαιδευτικές δράσεις, όπως περιήγηση στο ιστορικό κέντρο των Βρυξελλών και την Grand Placevisit to Atomium, educational visit to Parlamentariumto European Parliament and the House of European History and tour of historic cities Bruges and Gent.
These activities contributed significantly to understanding European identity and the functioning of European institutions, linking school knowledge with real life. This experience left a strong impression on both the students and the accompanying teachers, confirming the great educational value of European mobility programs.
